Upgraded Cleanroom Protective Goggles is equipped with an eye mask bag and an eye mask wiper. It is suitable for Class A, B, and C clean areas and can be used in medicine, electronics, food, cosmetics and other industries .

02 Protective goggles performance

2.1 Comfort 

1. Use medical-grade silicone frame , lightweight material, design fits the face, ergonomic, and comfortable to wear;

2. It uses extra-large lenses, providing a 180° wide viewing angle, a wide field of vision, and can be worn with myopia glasses at the same time ;

3. Equipped with adjustable side buckles to adjust the length of the cleanroom protective goggles strap to meet the needs of different head circumferences.

「 2.2 Anti-fog performance 」

1. The lenses are treated with double-sided anti-fog treatment to reduce the risk of fog blocking the view. At the same time, the exhaust valve switch can be adjusted as needed to control airflow ventilation, which has stronger sealing and higher safety, and can better meet the needs of pharmaceutical companies ;

2. Reduce the dispersion of pollutants such as hair produced by the human eye and have dust-proof properties;

3. Prevent liquid from splashing and avoid eye damage caused by splashing liquid.

Anti-fog performance test:

Gaible has a clean laboratory that can simulate the real working environment of pharmaceutical companies . Here, we conducted anti-fogging tests on the protective eyewear in the clean area. The working and walking conditions of personnel were simulated, and the data of each eyewear was recorded in real time in multiple comparative tests. The anti-fogging performance of this eyewear meets the relevant standards.

Under the same clean environment and working conditions:

After wearing for 5-10 minutes, the left one was slightly fogged; the upgraded one on the right had no effect;

After wearing for 30 minutes, the left one has obvious fogging, which affects the vision under certain circumstances; the upgraded one on the right side still has clear lenses, a wide field of vision, and good vision;

After wearing for 60 minutes, the fog on the left one seriously affects work, and the upgraded version on the right side may have slight water droplets.

Note: The above-mentioned fogging and water droplets can be dissipated by walking, and have almost no obvious impact on normal work.

「 2.3 High temperature resistance 」

It can withstand 121°C high temperature and moist heat sterilization (about 30 minutes each time) and can be used repeatedly about 30 times.

3 Recommended standard wearing method

01 Take out the Upgraded Cleanroom Protective Goggles from the eye mask bag and throw the eye mask bag into the recycling bin. When taking out it, only touch the goggle strap; do not touch the lens to avoid contaminating the lens and affecting your vision.

02 Use both hands to tighten the goggle straps to both sides and adjust the position of the goggle. The edge of the goggle should fit the face tightly to reduce the gap, and prevent facial pollutants from radiating into the clean environment as much as possible, while avoiding damage to the eyes from droplets.

03 Then buckle the back of your head. You can adjust the buckle position in advance and adjust the length of the eye mask strap for easy wearing.

4  Other considerations

01 This product is only suitable for disinfection and sterilization alone . It is forbidden to sterilize it together with protective clothing or any other objects at high temperature, otherwise it will cause lens contamination and affect the visual effect;

02 Do not use a washing machine to wash or dry the lens to avoid damaging the lens;

03 To prevent the lenses from being contaminated and damaged, please pack them in the special goggle bag provided by our company, tighten the bag opening, and store them in a dry and cool place;

04  If there are stains on the lens that need to be wiped, please wipe it gently with the special goggle cloth provided. Do not touch the lens with sharp objects or wipe it with rough cloth to avoid damaging the lens; avoid direct contact with the lens with bare hands as much as possible;

05 Due to the special anti-fog performance of the protective goggle, please be sure to use and maintain it according to the instructions; if the frame is deformed or the lens is blurred, please replace it as soon as possible;
