Clean shoes cleaning and maintenance methods:
1 ． Non-sterile shoes cleaning and maintenance
1 〉When cleaning, they should be brushed with a soft brush in warm water (below 40 degrees), not in a washing machine (it will accelerate wear and tear); please use neutral cleaning, otherwise they will be easily discoloured.
2 〉Rinse well and dry in a well-ventilated, cool, non-direct sunlight place.
3 〉Store the shoes in a dry and cool place with a soft material inside.
2. Cleaning and maintenance of sterile shoes
1 〉Wash in warm water (below 40°C) with a soft brush.
2 〉After thorough rinsing and slow drying of water droplets, place the clean shoes in a shoe bag according to the folding and packaging method shown in the Standard Operating Procedure for Aseptic Dressing and sterilise them by moist heat for approximately 25 minutes.
3 〉Store the shoes with a soft stuffing inside and in a dry and cool place.
◆ Product performance.
Our clean shoes are divided into aseptic and non-sterile series: the aseptic series is also divided into full-sole and high-sole shoes, which are made from environmentally friendly raw materials imported from the USA. The finished product is aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and durable. It can be sterilised at 121°C by damp heat pulsation vacuum.
The non-sterile range is also divided into full-top shoes and high-top shoes. Non-sterile shoes cannot be sterilised by high-temperature moist heat, and can be surface wiped with liquid disinfectant if necessary.
1 〉Anti-static performance: our clean shoes with anti-static function can export human electrostatic charge, can effectively dissipate the static electricity generated by human body during activities, anti-static can reach 10 6-8 under dry and wet conditions.
2 〉Super cleanliness: soles and uppers are low dust generation, low dust absorption, impervious to dust, soles wear-resistant, effective control of precipitation out of powder and leave traces.
3 〉Durability: our clean shoes have solid soles, with a thickness of 7-11mm, and excellent abrasion resistance, more than several times higher than the abrasion resistance of ordinary materials.
4 〉High toughness and high resilience: our aseptic series clean shoes have a good feel and elasticity, and excellent resistance to permanent deformation.
